How to take smoke photography in simple way?

Ever wondered how photographs of smoke are taken?
It seems that its too hard to get smoke photo,but its not too hard as you think.Even u don't need some high technology and expensive flashed and trigger.
I ll tell u how to get amazing smoke photos using minimal instrument.
Materials needed:

• Camera(Dslr preferably)

I used a CANON 1100D(55-250mm lens)

• Incense sticks
• flash light(mobile flash light)

HOW?

1. Take incense stick and light it and wait for some time to get smoke 
2. Perform this method in complete dark room
3. switch on the flash light and hold it below with a help of some one.
4. first focus the camera on the smoke,do it manually if there is option,since focusing will be tough.
5. The inbuilt flash of camera must be off,press the shutter.
6. take as many photos as possible from different direction.
7. Edit the photos using photoshop for color variants.
